Our primary approach is manual therapy, a system of very specific hands-on techniques that restore normal joint and soft tissue mobility, release adhesions and alleviate pain. In addition to manual treatment, we also utilize specific exercise programs and make lifestyle recommendations.
Our practice was established in 2005 after over 40 years of combined clinical experience. We accept most insurance plans, including Medicare and Workman's Comp, as well as private payment.
Our treatment programs are individualized with respect for pain responses and activity limits. Our examinations focus on minimizing pain while facilitating maximum function.
